Shipping & Returns

Shipping & handling charges are not refundable.

Items may be returned for store credit (issued as Gift Certificate) within thirty (30) days of shipper's delivery date. Items must be returned in excellent, resellable condition in original packaging, postage paid, and must be accompanied by an RMA number. We are not responsible for items damaged in shipping. It is the customer's responsibility to insure the package, if desired.

To receive an RMA number, please visit our Contact Us page and let us know you wish to return one or more items. To prevent delays in processing your request, please provide your name, your order number, your reason(s) for returning the item(s), along with the SKU or model number and the quantity of each item being returned.
